You don't need/want contents coverage for a basement (it only covers your property you own and would only cover washer, dryers, freezers (and food in them), and window AC units that are plugged in at time of flood.

The typical customers know that they're doing more than just buying food, but also supporting a local food source that helps to save local farms.

What property management company would you recommend for first time investors in 2-4 unit in RI/MA area, that caters to smaller investors or it is one size fits all?. 

Make sure the food is on the table, the bills are paid, and the kids Hagwon(after school classes) bills are paid.
