I like NWI and I believe that Hammond fits into my investment strategy. 

Considering the parking space requirements I think that I can fit 10 to 12 units on to this parcel maybe more.

No obligation...the main difference in selling directly to an investor/flipper is KW will require a repair process so this might need be the right fit for all situations; however, it does give you an option that is somewhere between a retail listing and direct to investor.

Granted, you might already have one in mind if you’re interested in a real estate assistant position, it won’t hurt to research some other brokers just to make sure that the one you choose will fit your specific needs perfectly.
