Do you have first hand experiences with them?

I work with a lot of smaller syndications/investment groups and have seen some where the principals try to take a 'hands-off' approach and let the machine run.

We were told by several people that the decedent had no heirs.  

You need the right team of people to get things done. 

But if you want access to the benefits that people like me have contributed to, and collectively spent decades and god knows how many millions of dollars building, why would you think you should get access to those items for free? 

Get a bunch of people to tour the property together.

My wife handed him a 10 day fix with cure notice.

There's a lot of great people on bigger pockets that can give you some good advice when you need it.

Going forward, STOP blind trusting people, especially people who say "trust me" those are the #1 people you should be most skeptical about. 

Pros could be: Clean water + tub for each guest; on a well, so no water waste concern; can make it design-y + cute; can be used winter (hot water) + summer (cool water); goes better with forest location of the home than a traditional hot tub might; will hold same number of guests as hot tub would (2 people in each tub).In researching I have seen some people on Airbnb have these checked in amenities as 'hot tub', some 'private hot tub'.
