If you ask questions and have a genuine interest in helping them solve the problem, the negotiations can almost take care of themselves.

Just be careful.  

Partnerships are like marriages so tread carefully as you have seen alot of marriages end badly.

@Annwar Zahrieh be careful with BRR you can magnify returns but what comes more returns implicitly comes with more risk.
