I’m looking to get involved in buy and hold real estate investing but I think I’m stuck right now in the analysis paralysis stage of investing.

Building upon what Sam said about multifamily and industrial prices dramatically increasing, the heavy flow of capital entering those asset classes at this stage of the cycle is affecting Cap Rate spreads.  

It's okay to do this for a short season when bootstrapping up, but in 1-3 years if you are buying right you should be done with that stage.  

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

@Whitney Hutten when you did this with your SF, how long did it take you to be able to get to the refinance stage and repeat the process?

Another reason for going to the attorney is because we are getting about a $200K business LOC that we are in the closing stages on and will be investing it….ONLY when the numbers fit.

I am in the early stages of the eviction process (yes, less than 3 months in) and my good tenants are aware of this. 

We don’t live in our flips so we’re wanting to stage it before listing, especially since it’s a really big house.
