This thread isn’t about screening procedures, etiquette, or suggestions though.

There may be county specific minor procedures, not laws, as to where the notices are posted in the county (usually on the billboard), at which exit of the courthouse the foreclosure auction takes place, etc. 

If it's a criminal enterprise, I'd say Door--behind--don't let it hit you in the....But follow legal procedures in your area.Look parents here's  a new MacBook, and a some size 6 ladies shoes, and $300 shaver, and a new Dell Monitor and Cat Back Muffler system for a Mustang etc, etc, etc... 

Make sure whoever is trying to raise the funds has proper procedures, accreditations, and experience or things could go wrong down during the process.The ongoing fees for 3 years could end up being excessive.

It provides excellent information on how to start and the legal procedures investors as well as syndicator should take to protect themselves.

But he's right - you can't possibly have a duty to talk to those people.Follow your normal eviction procedures, deal with him and the court.

Personally, it came across to me as another guy on late night tv telling me that I CAN do it and telling me about a bunch of other common sense ideas and procedures that I've already learned through years of reading Barron's and the WSJ and other financial periodicals.

The best approach is to learn how they operate, their procedures, their rules, and about the key decision makers (people in authority) before embarking on any projects.
