C1 may allow a property to be used as a day care, restaurant, bank, florist shop, bed and breakfast etc. but NO multifamily. 

The property is located in Northfield, MA - 2,900 square feet, 4/5 beds, 2 baths, 1.34 acres - quartz counters, marble backsplash, stainless appliances, bamboo floors, 2 decks, whitewash shiplap and completely furnished/staged (I am also a realtor and home stager) - very high end look.

I bought a 4 Bed 2 Bath 2000' property in a decent neighborhood in Mesa AZ that was built about 1985.

The term short term rental does not apply to hotel or motel rooms, extended stay lodging facilities, bed and breakfast inn or boarding and lodging hotel rooms therefore these exact regulations do not apply to those facilities.

You would also want to be sure they are not "in bed" with the individual you are releasing funds to!

Works well in kitchen, bath, laundry, mud room, living room, bed room.

For instance, you have four bedrooms but they're small and the overall size is small vs. other four bed units. 

I will add a half bath now, and then an addition of a master bed and bath before resale.
