The instructors are very skilled at their craft though.

While you may be the owner, you are not the boss of the workers there, they belong to the GC, not you, so don't give instructions or make demands of them.

The engineer inspected my property, we discussed what I wanted to do, then he gave me instructions for how to do it. 

If conditions of this escrow have not been complied with at expiration of time provided, you are to complete same at earliest possible date, unless I have otherwise instructed you in writing.Questions:  Is it standard to send escrow our original documents before we get paid, including order to reconvey?

You can also go and hand deliver your letter with instructions on rent paying etc.

You may have misheard him, he may have said "EMD", meaning escrow will give you the wire instructions of where to send the deposit. 

She falls under the can't follow instructions category.  

They also get all sorts of bad information from gurus, courses, podcasts, and yes, even some folks here on BP who may be instructing them to do things which violate some state's laws.
