You could literally ride your bike to the gate haha.

But if someone wants the appreciation and has the capital to ride it out, bigger markets that have been hit by covid probably make more sense.

@Kelly Beck, I use AirDNA all the time but it’s hard to beat some good old fashioned networking.

Have you considered some non-conventional methods to find potential projects like partnering with a local ride-share driver or investigating probate leads?

We wouldn’t consider this if we were in our 60’s, but at 35, we still have some time to ride out any down turns.

At some point I will be going back to the office but in a TBD hybrid fashion.  

My non-lawyer understanding is that it is, in fact, possible to structure sales in this fashion. 

Real estate investing is a pretty forgiving world and the average person can still make money even with some pretty big mistakes.Buckle in, keep your arms and legs in at all times, and enjoy the ride!
