I been looking in the Tiffany park elementary area, the school rating is good and the neighbor is nice.

Should we stage this property or not...?

Was there a specific strategy that you had in mind (ie. buy and hold, wholesaling, etc.) or just in the exploring stage at the moment?

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

But, I simply am not interested in this stage of the process with so many folks inquiring about the property to do personal interviews.  

I am at the early stages of my investing career and was hoping to gain some insight here from my fellow like minded peers.

@Melissa Block I may have missed it in your analysis, but many people who haven’t had a lot of experience fail to account for holding costs, staging, and other expenses that can easily add $10-$20,000 to your overall expense structure
