One of the simplest things to do on copper theft is to randomly leave a couple chunks of pex in the flower bed by the doors.

Most duplexes in my area are 1 or 2 beds, which isn't enough space, though I do routinely search for larger multifamilies with at least one 3-bed unit.

It is a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath in a great market houses sell fast .

My guess is you have space for Laundry and storage and possibly laundry and a 1 bed unit.

I have a friend from out of the country that's looking to stay there for three months b in a furnished apartment or Airbnb or even rent a place and buy a bed, for  October 1st to end of December.

Four 950 square foot units; 3- beds, 2-baths.

I believe the rent could be higher due to location(2 beds in area go for well over $900) and about $10,000 worth or work.

I've checked some of the single family homes in the area around the same beds/baths/sqft and they were around 230k-300k.

C1 may allow a property to be used as a day care, restaurant, bank, florist shop, bed and breakfast etc. but NO multifamily. 

The property is located in Northfield, MA - 2,900 square feet, 4/5 beds, 2 baths, 1.34 acres - quartz counters, marble backsplash, stainless appliances, bamboo floors, 2 decks, whitewash shiplap and completely furnished/staged (I am also a realtor and home stager) - very high end look.
