The team/agent community is highly competitive and if they were lying there would literally be hundreds of complaints from other teams to the real estate commission from these.Also the top teams are typically listed by a number of different reporting agencies such as realtrends, the wall Street journal etc.

The old law stated that if a tenant didn't prevail in an eviction lawsuit within 60 days, their names get revealed and can be collected by tenant screening companies.The new law says that the names get reported only if the landlord wins within 60 days, or if the landlord wins after trial if longer than 60 days.

What are the real tax benefits to the seller when transacting via purchase money mortgage...I can see if the property is not a primary being taxed at capital gains for the sale...but what happens when the seller files taxes at the end of the year...how do they report income from holding a mortgage?...

My credit is good, but not "excellent" because of lack of credit and new accounts open in the form of credit cards, which I did to build credit. haha I do have 3 bad mark on my credit from when I was 19, that will be going off of my report in a year, thank God.
