I would guess at least 30% of the commercial buildings in the Panama City area sustained severe to catastrophic damage.  

If you can sustain activities in both markets simultaneously, then, go for it.

A couple of weeks after that if closed down because it could not sustain itself.

Hard Money definitely has its place and usefulness - but as @Tom Shallcross pointed out above, all have their pluses and minuses.It all comes down to the math as to whether the project warrants, and can sustain the cost of hard money. 

You do not want to pay a price for the building based on an amount that is not sustainable for that business.

I would have much better luck in my endeavor and most likely start moving forward in my progression to self sustainable income.
