After nearly 3 years of operating history, I'm concerned that the properties are not performing well enough to warrant continuation of the venture, and I'm considering selling.

Most of the time what people are really chasing is time freedom and that can be achieved quicker by using a W2 and real estate and other investment strategies to build a strong foundation instead of rushing.

Are there specific zoning or structural challenges in Florida I should be aware of?

Hi all,I've met and spoken with a few great prof's in the Columbus area, and since then, have made 2 offers on home (both didn't work out).I'm going out to visit in December to meet with and talk to a few people; including sellers directly.My question is for those of you who have experience and a few properties + in the mid-term / corporate rental realm.How have your vacancy rates changed over the last year to 2 years? 

Being that it's upstairs, that unit will naturally be able to control it and the bottom won't.
