You are just in the beginning phases like many of us. 

Basically, working with me to fill the units, screen tenants, coordinate with contractors and other repair or service technicians and be my boots on the ground so to speak.

Then just this last summer, one of our tenants decided to put an above ground pool in their fenced in patio (against lease, for sure). 

By that, I mean, a realtor group that deals with the transaction side, will help oversee projects/contractors during flips, help be boots on the ground, and also help manage the property? 

Have you utilized tax planning strategies in the blueprint phase?

The home has part of the outlets grounded and part of them not grounded and I believe it has aluminum wiring. 

And get ready for a big renovation budget because tearing down to the ground and building all new isn't cheap.

Further expanding on the points above - for your first deal, being on the ground is invaluable.

Given this last 15 months plus with sky rocketing material cost, increase in labor cost, more expensive acquisition prices, etc; getting some real time insight from on the ground investors, builders, contractors, flippers, developers is some value I hope to add to the community as a whole. 

I would recommend focusing in the B class communities so I would recommend having some boots on the ground.
