It'll be a sad day when this one dies.

For those of you with duplexes/triplexes/fourplexes and those always sad back stairs that are in bad shape and would be a lot of work to replace/refinish (this also applies to creepy basement stairs)  I like to paint a runner on them.

Not right, but sadly it is the law in MD.

Obviously, many people will sign whatever is put in front of them and have little knowledge of the liability an indemnity clause places on them, which is sad in my opinion.

That is how we started only add in a repair :) I actually have a growing family (child #3 on the way), renting out rooms wouldn't really be an option for me sadly.

I can go all day with our grievances with this mentorship and the sad part is that it's not a 30 day money back guaranteed.

Sadly, she refuses to trade comps for sex (at least in my case)... :-)

Not unless you stink at negotiation (sad to say most of us do) you expect them to counter.

I don't know what my credit I know that's very sad for a 23 year old not to know ..

It's sad but a lot of bad lawyers do this.
