I have about 5 good friends buying through various mediums, we sniff out the deals, we don't really like sitting on a bunch of buyers lists with nothing coming our way because a wholesaler continues to build their list rather than look for deals.Worst case scenario, you lock p a smoking deal, bring it to BP and it will get sold, if not to a member, to an acquaintance of a member.I'm no wholesaler, and certainly don't intend to be one, just my view from the other side.Andrew

MY way of fixing that so it doesnt happen again is to cut a thin,,,aprox, same width as the hole,,,of plywood and slip that in there with a drywall screw to hang onto or a wire or string.
