Hello BP world I may have my first deal on the table but before I take it on I have a question as to whether or not this is a good deal.

I have all the desire in the world but not the funds.

This is such a great topic for me, I am brand new to the investing world and I wish more people would chime in and provide their experience/expertise.

I have been an investment enthusiast of sorts for a couple of years now, and I am finding the world of real estate investment absolutely fascinating. 

Hopefully one day I'll be able to leave the corporate world to run our real estate empire :) We want to get our business up an running in the next 6 months!
