Other than shopping around to find what you think is best for your situation, a good referral is a great resource to finding a potential lending fit. 

Your rehab will need to fit into that after repair value...well, it can go over slightly....but that's exactly what it is designed to do.  

They usually want something that “fits” the area, even though I might personally think it is corny or passé.Vacation experience preferences vary greatly from person to person, so a condo owner in the Smokies is going to be focusing on vacationers who are either ambivalent about their acccommodation type, or have a preference to condominiums.

If and only if all else falls into place, you can fit 6 units on the lot.   

Not all loan products are fit for everyone.

Go through the list of all deals that fit the asset class you are targeting. 

My first thought was to just run the numbers and go with what fits your criteria best.

My thought is the deals may be overpriced or are in locations that may not be the best fit for your REI goals.
