From my own personal experience, remember this one phase as sad as it is "Nobody can screw you over worse than family"I know your trying to help, but mixing family and business rarely works out well.  

Con: Mortgage Insurance payable for the life of the loan - sad face!

Which is really just sad, cause what they don't realize is they traded their integrity for a few thousand dollars and slightly quicker paycheck.

JD do you happen to remember the gals name from Central coast CA  she was active then quit she was very sharp.Also was sad to see Rick Harmon leave the site very high level probate investor .   

I worked every day, including holidays, birthdays, days I was discouraged, sad, didn’t “feel like it”, when I could hardly get out of bed because I had COVID, and when I sprained my foot at the gym.

Many of us sadly have, however this is a whole other topic.

Sadly, with a year lease we couldn't ask them to vacate before moving in.

Sadly SA doesn't seem to have much of a presence here on BP yet so it's nice to hear from a local investor.I am a relatively new investor, and thus I am still building up my own network. 

Sadly, I don't know that I have anything meaningful to contribute to the conversations but we will see I guess.
