Bridge to Agency loan straight to the lender.How did you add value to the deal?

We were hoping to bridge that -$25k gap by using an unsecured loan or through a gift from family members.

When trying to make sense of something as complicated as construction accounting and QB, having to decipher cryptic support responses is just a bridge too far (for me, anyway).

If you want to keep your money out of pocket low, then you will need to go bridge financing (aka HML) route.

i fear that i wont be able to book it anymore since it is so close to her check in date but i also fear that i am burning my bridges with this guest already if i do that. thanks for any help you guys can give me. i appreciate it!!!

@Aaron Hale - you may be better off with a bridge loan. 

I bet David has some friends and family in the area that he could also bridge comfort gap if something came up locally.  

It's a huge church with an attached building via a bridge about 20 ft. long.
