Hi @Lucas Wagner,To be honest, I have looked mainly at Eastside properties - though I imagine near-westside rentals would cater better to UW students.I would be interested to know where you own properties, and what your strategy is. 

It's also like any other business where you cater to the customer.

I was curious to find out if the message was catered differently to those who are tax delinquent, if you make mention of that in the card or just use a general, we buy houses message.  

Ask their income (they more than likely have some kind of assistance (welfare, cash assistance, food stamps, LIHEAP - winter heating, SSI, disability, etc.). 

Another had invested in fast food spot and hasn't changed much since the location is bleh.

Here in PA the number one industry is farming and I don't see that changing as long as people are still eating real food.
