(w/ no basement in any of them.) i have run all aspects of my creative endeavors from said space (minus home staging storage. i don't need sofas stacked in my living rm and one bed is enough!

I know of about 10 projects(oracle campus and multiple Class A multifamily & mixed use developments) in that area which are in the permitting stage. 

I felt very strongly that we needed to stage the smallest rooms in the house when we put it on the market.

Or a product that is in its infint stage.  

Been interested in flipping for some time now but trying to make it a reality at this stage in our lives.  

We're in Birdville ISD, and could not be happier w/ Porter Elementary, where my son is in first grade and my wife works (she started volunteering, and they offered her a job as a TA).  

I am not set on my plans, I am in the stages of researching and learning-most definitely a newbie.
