From my experience with caring for an investors books in the past who wholesaled approx. 350 houses, remodeled approx. 55 houses per year, and with their books in great order, I would spend approx. 1-2 hours a week which included payroll.

@Parker Ernsthausen there are always deals to be found if you patiently network.You have to be careful going out of your area/comfort zone, because you need to learn the market and THEN patiently network.

Luckily the seller of my first property is understanding and has given me some things to take care of in terms of changing over utilities and such (this is a duplex).
