Aside from the bulk discount pricing on material, savings on labor with dedicated professional, multi disciplined crews and the general passive nature of building safe investments and organic wealth is our rational and I am sure the rational of any established turn key provider.  

My strategy is to start with 3 and 4 unit properties and get enough doors to replace my monthly income.I know there is nothing passive about real estate investing but I am excited about the potential  for FI and building wealth. I

No matter how pretty, wealthy, or "nice" they are - people behave one way in public and hide their secrets "behind closed doors".

Of course, someone’s wealth is theirs to spend however the heck they want to spend it before and after death.

It will be work so just give up the dream if you don't want to put the work into becoming independantly successful and wealthy.

However part of the way to true wealth is living within your means.
