Ok, can they be trained in blueprints?

Does anyone happen to know if there is anyone that can help or at least guide me to a person, place or thing lol that would have reputable training.

I would say look at the big ticket items, roof, foundation, electric, plumbing, HVAC and assess from there if anything needs to be done

I believe the person that approved the plans has more training related to architecture than the inspector.
