You'll learn that gurus tout tactics that don't work in most areas!!!   

@Dennis Pressey Jr...I have no experience with him, but I think there are many people on here who tout services and then can't perform. 

Rock Hill was recently touted in national news as having a 20% appreciation rate on single family housing market for 2020.

Wholesalers being touted as some kind of magical solution.

Often touted as one of the worst places to live in the United States, Pine Bluff, AR seems to be undergoing a bit of a renaissance.Does anyone with intimate knowledge of this market care to comment?

I know Brrrr is touted alot on bp and especially the podcasts but the cash out refi loans are quite a bit different then your normal mortgage and have some requirements no one ever seems to mention.

It’s ridiculous that mortgage companies tout “no pre payment penalties” but really it should say “the penalty is repaid by your loan offer in full sometimes months later”.  

@Guy Gimenez  I'm seeing a lot of flipper gurus touting stuff on Instagram lately.

I have read several books on investing in syndication, and they all tout the benefits of the accelerated depreciation, but they don't really explain how this is beneficial to the average investor.
