The next auction.com auction occurs on the court house steps tomorrow. 

There is a meet up tomorrow (I know not the weekend) in Yorba Linda at the Mimi's Cafe.

I'm supposed to have another call with the developer (that's what I was told) tomorrow. 

Real estate may continue to go up for another 8 years or it may crash tomorrow.  

I have availability the following week, the wife made plans for Saint Joe's Beach, MI tomorrow through Sunday.

So far, the subject-to method sounds interesting to me.... or any other method that does not require a lot of money down.I start a 3 day class tomorrow=D I'm also really impressed at the resources on this site.

Whatever you do, I'd search through the foreclosure forum for advice on what you need to check before getting involved in a house that may be on the courtroom steps the day after tomorrow.
