@Ron Cornwell AZ is a great place to live, abundant sunshine and lots of natural beauty and recreation to enjoy.As for neighborhoods, let's discuss the potential price range you intend/want to invest in for your primary residence and then we could target a little closer once we have defined some basic parameters.

I am doing okay during this crisis, and it is due to: having a preparatory mindset (you know, like the term "doomsday prepper"), meaning, don't assume you'll be harvesting in the sunshine for the rest of your investing life.

If someone presents a deal that is not remotely going to happen given their spoken/written parameters, I think it's better to tell them no and help them to know what they need to do to get what they want rather than paint a pretty picture of unicorns, sunshine and rainbows. 

We opted to use a PO Box for our mailing address, changed our registered agent service to Sunshine Corporate Filings (They offer the RA & Compliance services for $30 per year compared to legal zoom's $530 for the 2 services), and changed the other addresses to that of the RA.

@Kristen Rolinski it's already happening, Miami is experiencing sunshine fluids during high tides.

Just moved my family from Denver to the Milwaukee area (Brookfield) – I know, leaving sunshine for cloudy and cold… crazy, right?

It holds so much promise but limit sunshine.
