Generally I get 3-5 year minimum stays.

A mere "pet" must either stay home or charged extra for. 

They can't keep claiming they don't have time to find a place to stay as they've had time. 

Previously though most of the MTRs stayed 3-6 months, so we've averaged about 3 turns per year, with about 1 week between tenants. 

They are hiring a PM to act as their landlord & to deal with the drama of tenants, the painstaking of marketing, the uncertainty of vetting the right tenant, the headache of a late-paying tenant, & the details of staying compliant with local & state laws.

But to restate my point: MOST Americans have a BETTER CHANCE of getting a BETTER INVESTMENT just staying in the US.
