Although they are friends, I've dealt with messy partnership situations among siblings of friends who ended up in mediation because of a lack of up front documentation. 

I found a house the mom passed away in 2015, they're 10 siblings, NO Will & the property has an auction date. 

Mom passed away 2015, No Will, no Probate, property has auction date 2/24/2020 (courts closed because of virus)10 siblings.

When he passed back in '96, he setup a trust which was distributed two years ago to my siblings and I. 

I have one sibling, so the preference would be to actually transact on the house now rather than waiting for a (hopefully) long time for them to pass and inheritance to kick in (or doing some kind of monthly wealth transfer, although this is an option if necessary).With the money from the purchase, they are interested in buying land as a group for friends and family to visit.

I have an opportunity to purchase 2 homes from an estate trust I'm a beneficiary of with my 5 siblings, none of whom have interest in the properties.

Question(s) for a unique scenario: My 2 siblings and I are considering pitching in and co-signing together on a large home for us to move into with our parents and extended family in North Florida where the homes are A LOT cheaper than in South Florida where I currently live. 

It really brought me together with my siblings, and we now manage the trust to provide my mothers care with my sister next on the list.Probably TMI, sorry!
