I rip down a wall and studs (non-load bearing wall), I have an electrician wire new setup, can I personally set up the studs and go crazy myself?

Or if you know of any hard money lenders in the Las Vegas area I could utilize to acquire the property and get my foot in the door and then refinance the property with a conventional lender, rip the forced appreciation out from the renovation and repeat the process only next time I'll have capital to use a conventional lender from the beginning.

Ya don't get me going on lease option rip offs and sub too rip offs.. one of the great things ever invented and I my dad found them in middle or late 70s was the AITDall inclusive trust deed in CA that is a great document and to the extent you can keep a transaction above board IE no ripping payments or rents from the seller this one does it.Brian Burke has some great war stories on foreclosures as well.I have been pretty lucky in my day.. other than houses that when I bought them were fine but by the time I got in them they were stripped to the studs  LOL.. but I have had others were the people moved out and it was broom clean.. never know.

Make an anonymous call to the A/C Companies you're considering  in advance and tell the receptionists that they're company a potential target of a local news station for a coming up special on Area A/C Rip Off companies.

I went to the site to cancel, and they still took the money out of my account. they said i didnt follow through with the process, that i had to ctually go into my cart and cancel. so now i have to call my bank. zillow is a rip off.

I intend to rent for two years then rip that carpet our, change the counter tops etc and saleIn addition, I imagine I’m allowed to use a bridge type loan where I term out the original construction loan to , say 20 Years.
