. - Creative and local financing : As a licensed and active Real Estate Broker in Oregon and California I can tell you there is a comparitively abnormal amount of seller carry or owner financing available on properties for sale and prospective 1031X prospects in Oregon.

Facebook has a lot of lookers, but very few solid prospects. 

I'm not sure if the data is going to be the same as propstream, but Im sure I can find that info...unless you know that already and can share.As for a CRM, I use GHL and have built out my own prospecting AI for land and other niches in real estate which works really well.

But it certainly takes time (and costs add up too, with each skip and time spent on the phone with each prospect, or paid to VA to do it for you).

Honestly, I don't see why you would tell a prospective tenant it will be rented to MTR tenants unless they specifically ask.

I personally would give all of my complaints and responses to prospective tenants, but whether that would protect you from liability I have no idea.might want to contact your local newspaper about the lack of city response.
