When I screen an application, I don't care what color the person is; I care about the level of risk they represent and someone with a criminal past is a higher risk.If these politicians actually believed the laws were racist, they would focus on fixing the laws and ensure minorities were treated fairly by the criminal justice system.

People will go, people will come.Crime, schools, taxes, weather, property values, corrupt politicians.... people bitching for 30 years about it all.

i would start by using the correct spelling.Capital - finance, money.Capitol - the building where our good for nothing politicians meet to plot our demise.

It makes the residence think that all gentrification is evil and all the investors are evil & greedy and anyone that is involved is just as evil as well (i.e. the architects, the contractors, the banks, the politicians, etc.).

Low income MF housing is just an Oxymoron and a dream of politicians.. :) 

I know the developments that are about to happen and I know the politicians and big developers and what they are going to do.OK - enough.

The politicians always go where the money is.

You may even find better opportunity when politicians you dislike are in office.

With this being an election year, the politicians who are driving the boat are more distracted than usual on their political careers rather than the good the American public.
