An out of town seller has houses that he wants to sell, i have 2 of them under contract, my contract allows me to advertise the properties however i feel necessary ,an agent contacted me,she has buyers for me,she wants to write up her own contract, I'm not sure i want to use her's, am I right for thinking that?
