What other work do I have to put in on my end before looking for some sort of mentor to guide me through this while also making a little bit of profit for the both of us?

I have a real estate license and want to focus on single-family homes (4 units and below).Mentorship: Not working with a mentor or investment group.Challenges:Current Hurdles: Unsure what to do next to expand my portfolio.

You are given about a week or 2 to become familiar with the software and then you get a 1:1 call with Peter Harris for a strategy session to figure out how he is going to be able to help you in your individual situation.
