I'd say 10% of the appraisals that we order are wildly inaccurate and appraisers have far more training, experience and licensing requirements than brokers- at least in my state. 

MY SUGGESTION: invest in yourself by buying hard copy books and training on the foundation topics you wish to develop skills (RE legal, title, escrow, financing, notes, etc.).

Before you pull the trigger on anything I would get some training or find a mentor in your area willing to show you the ropes. 

But if you want the best value for your real estate training Paul McGraw’s program is the best one I’ve tried and I’ve tried Carlton Sheets, Robert Kiyosaki, ************* and a few others I don’t remember over the years.

She has no clue what she is doing and you shouldn't waste any time trying to train her to be to suck less. 

I haven't purchased through here, and they have actually rejected my low ball cash offers (lol) - but I have talked to some people who took his rehab training course, and they have nothing but great things to say.

However if you only invest it in training, then at the end you have lost $50,000 and still don't own anything.There are a lot less inexpensive ways to learn about real estate in my opinion.Don't fall for any high pressure techniques from any guru.....the typical scenario is to go to a free 2-3 hour training session. 

They will go the bathroom everywhere but can be trained to use a letterbox.

We can do that in MN, at least as I recall my training on state and local laws. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
