The more people you meet the more you'll recognize the ones doing what you'd like to do and you can start learning to how to provide value to them / find them deals maybe.It's a tough market and unless you are providing value to an investor it's not going to be as easy as finding someone to shadow, i don't think.

Now, I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors, builders, and real estate professionals to share experiences and learn from others.I’d love to hear from those of you who have experience scaling investment portfolios—what’s one lesson you wish you had learned earlier in your journey?

Get out and meet some other investors at meetups and that will help you curate what some of those ideas would be like in real life, with the input of others who have done it.
