@Veronica Thomas I have them sign off on a checklist through docusign that has a check-in / check-out column (fans dusted, floors mopped, self-cleaning oven cleaned, shelf out fridge cleaning, microwave inside clean, toliet scrubbed inside and out, cabinets crumb free, no chemicals/furniture/toliet brushes/brooms left on premise, no large garbage items on street curb, etc, etc) .

If the market is hot and homes are flying off the shelf over ask price with multiple offers, you should absolutely get it full exposure on the MLS and get as many offers as you can (setting a final date for offers is a good idea and does not have to be entered/set until you get your first or second offer).

so cost me 2500.00 to replace repair and attorney fees. and we will never buy off the shelf plumbing from Home depost unless its state approved.. we buy very few items actually from home depot.Although my supply house right now cant get liquid nails for framing and I made run to our home depot and bought every box of liquid nails they had enough to do about 10 of the next 30 homes i am building thats how crazy things have gotten on the supply chain issues.
