I’d have to pay the full class in order to be done but I owe so much on it and their rebuttal is that I’ve already been exposed to the resources and tools that they offered so I guess I’m stuck with them till I pay it off.

@Ryan BrayHUD will not turn on the utilities and my guess is you are outside your 15 day window where you could at your own expense provided that the PCR report did not find anything that would prevent it.Your option is to ask your lender if there is any work around such as an escrow for repairs or an as-is appraisal.

They’re pushing this $40k program on us now, and I was ready to buy in until someone raised the question of whether or not it’s legit and now I’m super second guessing this decision.

If you hire a PM, usually from what I'm hearing, Padsplit PM charges about 8% and some just charge a $800 per month flat fee because it's relatively easy I guess.
