Clermont, Winter Garden and even Apopka would be good choices for building appreciation and still have a good commute.Your budget may determine what areas are going to be attractive enough, but the rental market is always strong here, so I wouldn't put too much weight on that for now since you plan to live in it for a couple years first.Always happy to chat, just message me and we can set something up and see how we can help you plan or take action now!

I would maybe ask the person sending these emails (if through the meditator or not) if there was a particular instance that they were upset about that you could resolve - did they have too much to drink maybe and tromped through  her flower garden, were they excessively loud and kept her young children awake etc. - is there a resolvable issue you can fix to appease her until you get these last bookings through?

My job requires me to split my time between Center City and the west suburbs so I am looking at neighborhoods on the west side of town (Manayunk, Brewerytown, Point Breeze, Strawberry Mansion, Fairmount, Spring Garden, etc).One of the most interesting things about Philadelphia is how each neighborhood is unique and has different opportunities to offer - it's one of the things that intrigues me most about this market.
