Here is an example with some figures:My LLC total investment = $204,000Partner LLC total investment = $196,000Value of project when complete = $500,000Each LLC value afterwards = $255,000 / $249,000The plan was for me personally to go get the refinance loan because the terms are so much stronger than if I went portfolio with the LLC.Loan total = $300,000 (keeping at 60% or under of value for best terms from the bank)Partner LLC payout = $249,000My LLC payout = $51,000In this scenario, I am struggling to see how to get the remaining equity in the project into my personal name?

I use this and share with my team (i.e) drone photographers, VAs, reatlors, partners, etc.Zoho Forms, I use this to collect info from leads, buyers, etc.Zoho Desk, this is a ticketing where all inquires go to and since it integrates with Zoho Forms, it creates a ticket within Zoho Desk + New Lead within Zoho.Zoho Cliq, similar to slack, I communicate with my team with this software.

I recommend that you only communicate with the tenant in written form (email/text) which can be used in an eviction proceeding.

But this was an awesome opportunity for me because this is my first living situation where I will be on my own (and getting used to paying a rent/mortgage) but this will put my overall mortgage on a 400k house at roughly $2000 a month for the first year!
