Hello BP Community, it's been awhile since I've last posted or have had downtime lately.

Hi BP Community!

Part of due diligence is learning about the community and what is going on nearby. 

Asheville: Asheville is in the Blue Ridge Mountains, so it's a very outdoors focused community.

Now focus on what you, not what the real estate investment community, want to do after you educate yourself on both sides.If you are interested in selling, I know plenty of individuals looking for a similar home in the Scottsdale area as an investment property and I think you could get a great return right now.

I am thinking of that being one of my next big projects if the community is wanting it.

That's why those who call asking can we take on there 200 unit community, were just not a right fit for each other.

I am so glad we found that motel in this small community.

However, I’d love to hear insights from the community:1.Are there specific lenders or institutions you’d recommend that cater to international investors?
