Are the tenants paying for CAM or common area maintenance?

Sounds to me you need to fire your agent and sue everybody involved for fraud @Chung Cam.

You c am borrow private money, partner or wholesale properties that will not or can not finance you.If you have little or no experience you can partner with an experienced investor use the funds for the rehab and do a profit split.Either way you should look to compound the cash so you can build up to larger deals.

You also said you've manage the place with Nest Cams?
