I ended up at a boutique brokerage and I have a super tight relationship with my broker.

I then hired a new boutique PM who brought the price back up and had it rented out to fantastic tenants in less than 2 weeks during the winter months which was one of the worst times to get renters here in the Midwest. 

This really helped me as an agent use less out of pocket money, and being with a boutique brokerage I have a bit of flexibility with this type of stuff.

Many of them will do this type of boutique loan for a price.
