I love airplanes but man I'm smarter than making the average.

Deliver pizzas, newspapers, load airplanes at night for UPS or FEDEX.IIRC Dave says the average family that goes through his TMM program (takes the program, not reading the book) has about a $5800 swing in their net worth in the first 30 days.

Had a home car bought an airplane then I had 2 kids and airplane went by by. 

The difference is bout the same as flying a Piper Cub, a single engine airplane an a Boing 747.

TExas is great right now for fix and flip retail  so were will it be next year and the year after I am not sure but where ever it is I will jump in my airplane and will be there doing deals.. that's how I look at it.

Of course, there were other factors, BUT, to use the airplane example, it's like saying we crashed because the flaps didn't work.
