They had left their trampoline and kids toys and other junk and on July1st when the moved out, they told me they would be right back to get the rest of their junk.

I admit due to the cold on occasion the poop is missed or left out there but so are their children's toys.

A hobby shop, model cars/planes and toys - when was the last time anyone went into one of those?

Hey all,The market I'm currently in is quite competitive and I've been toying with the idea of doing remote wholesaling in a market that isn't as competitive.

Put a refrigerator in there, cut out a large opening for a bar, and put stools outside, hang up some hooks on the other side for towels, inside an area to corral all the pool toys, etc.Or .... a storage shed for tools, etc.
