The way this property is currently being rented is by the room to college students and based on the owners notes, he is paying for "lawn/pest control/insurance/utilities/cable-internet", a management company might might handle the lawn/pest control, but I left the expenses in because I have a feeling paying for utilities and cable is part of the lease the owner has with the tenants, and I would pick up insurance myself as well.

All of the utilities, cable and bills are in my name because I was planning to move back in September once the lease is up.If needed I could move back now and cover the rent and I even suggested that to the tenant (although money would be tight).Please let me know what I could/should do to fix this situationThanks in Advance
