FPE Stab-Lok breakers (red strip across the front, often says Stab-Lok somewhere on the panel) have a very high chance of not tripping when shorted or overloaded. 

This includes performing the Comp inspections on the same trip as the Subject inspection.

This is what many get tripped up on when they review syndications and I suspect many would make different investment decisions if they didn't focus so narrowly on dividends and ownership interest. 

Also, in a recent trip to Tulum, contacts on the ground mentioned to me that many developers don't have the funding to finish their projects, which could generate further (long) delays before you get your condo.

I am a bit south of you, but if you want to take a "day trip" down and meet up, I would be happy to chat. 

My advice to you is to make sure you have a rock solid team available to you because the things that will really trip you up are the service calls whether they come in during the day or the middle of the night.

-We've been scheduled to fly into the local airport and, instead, weather related issues cause overnight snags and we've only got a few days budgeted for the trip. 

Main reason was the weather and scenery -- we were able to come thanks to a work trip prior to moving and absolutely fell in love!

I use the exact same grey for all walls, same white for all Ceilings and same for the trip.
