People have been telling me for a while to get on this app because of the types of properties and sellers I work with.

This is such a delusion most people that invest in SFH has and I think it stems from bad BP educators.

If you do, you risk getting bad reviews even if you warn people. 

Without it, you're really relying on other people's perceptions.

You can have (2) people on the same loan or more. 

I have 50+ people on my contracting company only working on the houses I buy and am speaking from that experience starting with zero contractors less than 3 yrs ago and having been burnt very had multiple times throughout the process. 

I personally would never invest money in an area that I didn't know, with people I didn't know, in a business I knew nothing about.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

The location definitely was obvious, at least to me.I’ve hosted monthly meetups in my area of Mesa, Arizona for around 7 years now and the majority of people that attended came from BiggerPockets.

They're basically saying, we are liars and can't be trusted....and other people should know we are liars and cant be trusted.
